Nature has many ways of preserving itself through the worst that gets thrown at it - come learn about the challenges that organisms face in nature and how they stand up to them to survive.
Wear clothing you don't mind getting wet and closed-toe shoes as we'll be hoping into the creek to explore how benthic organisms conquer their habitats.
Afterwards, we'll wind down with a fun activity to understand more adaptations and use our knowledge to create our own organism.
Activities are intended for ages 6-11, but everyone is welcome to participate.
