Shed off the winter blues with a hike celebrating the first day of Spring!

Join a Park Ranger on a moderate four mile loop hike along Sugar Hill Loop Trail. The hike will take you along the Clinch River, to the top of Sugar Hill, and back along Oxbow Lake. The Park Ranger will talk about the history of both the Clinch River and Sugar Hill and plants and animals commonly seen in early spring. This is a moderate hike so please wear sturdy shoes, bring a bottle of water, a hiking stick, and dress for cooler weather. Meet at the Sugar Hill Loop Trail head at Oxbow Lake Dam.
