Start your new year with a constructive and invigorating action by joining us for our First Day Hike. We are having two guided hikes for this event.

With a start time of 11 a.m., we open with "Fido's First Day Hike", for people who want to share this experience with their canine best friend. Dogs must be on a leash at all times. Refreshments will be available for people and dogs alike.

At 1 p.m. we will guide a "people" hike to High Bridge and present an overview of our park's place in national and local history. Although this hike is not themed for dogs like the earlier hike, well behaved dogs on leashes are still welcome.

The out and back hikes are on easy terrain and are ADA accessible. They cover a total distance of less than a mile. Cold temperatures and wind are possible.
