This place, this land, is as old as time itself. The sticks, the stones, the lakes, the trees and their leaves--every part of the park has its own story to tell--some millions of years old. During this one-mile trek, a ranger will guide you through this journey through time on Goodwin Lake Trail.

Be sure to wear warm, comfortable shoes and clothes, and bring a water bottle if possible. While this trail is rated easy, it is not appropriate for strollers and those with severe mobility issues.
