Natural Bridge State Park master plan to be discussed Dec. 14
A public meeting to discuss the long-range plan for Natural Bridge State Park will be Dec. 14, 6 p.m., at the Natural Bridge Park Historic Hotel, 15 Appledore Lane, Natural Bridge, Virginia.
Staff with the Virginia Department of Conservation and Recreation will provide an overview of the park’s assets, mission statement, goals and objectives.
Each state park has a master plan that guides development. Plans are updated every 10 years.
The 1,342-acre park is located off Interstate 81 in Rockbridge County.
Comments about this master plan will be accepted through Jan. 14. Written comments should be submitted to lynn.crump@dcr.virginia.gov.
