Hiring Range: $58,000 - $65,000
Job Duties:
This position will plan, research, and create social media content to support DCR's programs and services; ensure that written materials contain accurate and easy-to-read content that aligns with the goals of DCR; assist with managing the creation of new blog articles and updating existing content; assist in developing marketing strategies and tactics to promote DCR's programs and services; utilize editorial calendars and social media marketing plans; collaborate with the PCMO team, State Parks personnel, and other divisions to develop content for social media; manage assigned social media channels for state parks and DCR; monitor and report customer engagement related to DCR's social media platforms; assist with customer relations and reputation management; work collaboratively and constructively with supervisor, coworkers, and external stakeholders; and utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills.
