Overnight accommodations and picnic shelters are available for reservations up to 11 months in advance. Campsites may be reserved up until 2 p.m. on the date of arrival. Cabin reservations should be made before midnight on the day prior to arrival. Same-day cabin reservations, however, may be available but can be handled only by phone. Reservations are always recommended.
You can call our Customer Service Center. Call (800) 933-7275, Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pay in full then or take up to two weeks to pay. However, if you call within two weeks of your stay, you won’t have 14 days to pay. You may cancel an unpaid reservation at no cost. Once you pay, cancellation and transfer fees apply.
You can also reserve online, 24 hours a day. There, you’ll find information about the park and sites, as well as park policies. Visit the park’s official webpage for comprehensive details. Changes and cancellations to reservations will result in penalty fees reduced from the amount paid so please read the policies carefully before submitting payment. You must pay in full by credit card when reserving online.
We'll send you a confirmation letter once the reservation is paid. If you booked online or provided an email address, the letter is sent by e-mail. Otherwise, we mail it to you. Call the Customer Service Center at (800) 933-7275 if you don’t get a confirmation within a few days. Carefully check the letter to make sure everything’s accurate.
