Leave your yoga matt behind and join a ranger on a 3 mile walk along the shore and end your day by meditating and releasing stress with Ranger Yoga on the beach led by Yoga Instructor, Stephen Redmon. Connect back with nature as we listen to the waves, feel the earth beneath us, and watch the sunset.
