Check out our Nature Journaling station to begin connecting with your surroundings in a mindful way. Perfect for beginners, we will be covering the basics to get you started on your own journal. All materials are provided, but feel free to bring a personal notebook for you use. Create your own journal, pick up some prompts, or find your favorite new spot to sit and meditate in nature. Return ID guides and magnifying glasses to the Visitor Center once you have finished exploring.
