Have you ever wondered how pollinators benefit our environment? How about the origins of honeybees or the structure of a hive? The questions are endless, so stop by and talk with an experienced beekeeper. Seven Bends State Park has a cooperative agreement with the Shenandoah County Beekeepers to maintain an apiary in order to promote pollinators and pollinator habitat. Let us show you the ins and outs of an apiary and the vital role bees and other pollinators play in our ecosystem. Registration is limited and COVID restrictions apply.

A valid daily or annual parking pass must be displayed while on state park property. The pass is good for all day and both entrances.
