June 18, 2022. 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Have you ever wanted to be able to tell how old something is by just looking at it? With a trained eye, you might just be able to do that using archaeological finds from around Widewater. View the collection of glass, ceramic, and metal items that the Park Rangers have collected over the years and see what makes each piece unique. One person’s old trash could be another person’s historic treasure. Rangers with archaeological knowledge will provide tips and tricks on how to tell the approximate age of each piece.

This program will be held outside of the Visitor Center. Registration is not required.
