Fraser Fir Forest - CEGL006049

Mountain wood fern (Dryopteris campyloptera) and mountain wood-sorrel (Oxalis montana) are the only two herbs with substantial cover in Virginia's single stand of Fraser Fir Forest on the summit of Mount Rogers.  Lewis Fork Wilderness Area, Mount Rogers National Recreation Area, George Washington & Jefferson National Forests.
