Water-Willow Rocky Bar and Shore – CEGL004286
A rocky bar that has been invaded by purple loosestrife (Lythrum salicaria), an invasive non-native that is particularly problematic in Virginia on flood-scoured, river shores.  Along the Maurey River in Goshen Pass, Rockbridge County. Goshen-Little North Mountain State Wildlife Management Area.
