DCR-DNH ecologist Karen Patterson surveys extensive herbaceous patches of dwarf larkspur (Delphinium tricorne), southern red trillium (Trillium sulcatum), Canada waterleaf (Hydrophyllum canadense), tassel-rue (Trautvetteria caroliniensis), and other species in a rich forest in Tumbling Creek Cove, Washington County.  Clinch Mountain State Wildlife Management Area.
