Tall, well-formed pitch pines (Pinus rigida) in a pine-oak/heath woodland on the upper slope of High Point Mountain near Thoroughfare Gap, Bull Run Mountains, Fauquier County.  Bull Run Mountains State Natural Area Preserve.
