Piedmont Upland Depression Swamp (Willow Oak Type) – CEGL007403
A large, completely exsiccated, willow oak (Quercus phellos) upland depression swamp in diabase flatwoods at Fort Pickett Military Reservation. Fires from military training exercises frequently burn into the edges of the wetland.  Tommeheton Creek drainage, Dinwiddie County.
