Non-Riverine Wet Hardwood Forest (Northern Coastal Plain Type) – CEGL004644
Mature willow oaks (Quercus phellos) in an extensive, saturated flatwoods near Chancetown in Accomack County.  This undulating flatwoods varies from seasonally saturated to shallowly seasonally flooded and contains six oaks - white (Quercus alba), overcup (Q. lyrata), swamp chestnut (Q. michauxii), cherrybark (Q. pagoda), pin (Q. palustris), and willow (Q. phellos).
