Central Appalachian Mountain Pond (Buttonbush - Threeway Sedge Type) – CEGL003746
Buttonbush (Cephalanthus occidentalis), three-way sedge (Dulichium arundinaceum var. arundinaceum), and the federally listed northeastern bulrush (Scirpus ancistrochaetus) co-dominate the outer edge of a seasonally flooded sinkhole pond near Harriston, Augusta County.
