Loblolly Pine / Sand Heather Dune Woodland – CEGL006052

Southern red oak (Quercus falcata) and post oak (Quercus stellata) are components of the loblolly pine/sand heather dune woodland on the highest, most xeric dunes at Savage Neck, Northampton County.  Savage Neck Dunes State Natural Area Preserve.
