Northern Bayberry Dune Scrub – CEGL003881

Northern bayberry (Morella pensylvanica), with common persimmon (Diospyros virginiana) and eastern redcedar (Juniperus virginiana), on the back side of a high dune along western shore of the Chesapeake Bay near Picketts Harbor, Northampton County.  Picketts Harbor State Natural Area Preserve.
