Limestone Annual Flatrock Barren – CEGL007073

Eastern prickly-pear (Opuntia humifusa) and widow's-cross (Sedum pulchellum) flowering on a limestone flatrock barren near Lexington, Rockbridge County.  These barrens are the only known site in the state for the widow's-cross.
