Coastal Plain Calcareous Seepage Swamp – CEGL006413

Drought conditions in a large, exsiccated, calcareous seepage swamp along a tributary of Grove Creek, southwest of Grove in James City County.  Drooping bulrush (Scirpus lineatus) is the patch-dominant graminoid turning brown.
