Shenandoah Valley Prairie Fen - CEGL006170

The fen complex along Folly Mills Creek in Augusta County is one of only three known sites in Virginia for the northern plant buckbean (Menyanthes trifoliata), here growing with bald spikerush (Eleocharis erythropoda) and skunk cabbage (Symplocarpus foetidus).  Folly Mills Fen State Natural Area Preserve.
