Ridge and Valley Calcareous Fen / Seep

Purple false foxglove (Agalinis purpurea), giant plumegrass (Saccharum giganteum), and young northern white-cedar (Thuja occidentalis) in a calcareous fen along the headwaters of Rattle Creek, Washington County.  The Nature Conservancy Barns Chapel Fen.
