Bald Cypress - Water Tupelo Brownwater Swamp – CEGL007431

The same bottomland shown in the two previous photos, now fully flooded in October of 2015.  The large buttressed bases of the tupelos are now hidden under 4 to 6 ft of floodwaters.  Antioch Pines State Natural Area Preserve, Isle of Wight County.
