Pocahontas Premieres is a concert series hosted at Pocahontas State Park's spacious Heritage Amphitheater.
Unless otherwise noted below, tickets are $12 in advance and $15 on the day of the show, and shows start at 7 p.m. (gates at 6 p.m.). Several shows are free, except for parking. Zoso - The Ultimate Led Zeppelin Experience
The amphitheater's benches seat up to 350, but many spectators prefer setting up lawn chairs and blankets on the gentle slope surrounding the stage. All seats offer a great view in this universally accessible venue. Food and drinks will be for sale by Gregory's Grill; beer and wine will be available for purchase (proper ID required) at most shows thanks to the Friends of Pocahontas State Park.
Location and directions: The park is in Chesterfield County. From I-95, take Exit 61 and go west on Route 10 to Route 655 which is Beach Road; or take Exit 67, go north on Route 150 to Route 10; go east to Beach Road. The park is four miles on right; or take Route 288 from I-95 to Route 10 East and go one mile to Beach Road. Follow park signs from there. Click here for a Google Map.
