Park of the Month False Cape: Prove You Have Been There; Done That!

False Cape State Park is one of Virginia State Parks' most unique places. It is a barrier spit island located on the far southeast end of Virginia Beach. It starts the chain of the outer banks into North Carolina. I could write thousands of words describing this place, but instead I'll let these photos do it justice. Although it is only one mile wide and about seven miles long--it is chock full of great places to take some great photos.
