Virginia Outdoors Plan Mapper

The Virginia Outdoors Plan has gone digital, and that includes its maps. The online VOP Mapper enables users to view recreation information on a series of interactive maps.

To access VOP Mapper, read the disclaimer below and click the map image below. Access is free for everyone.

This site provides an overview of basic information pertaining to certain resources and should not be used as a substitute for project review or onsite surveys required for environmental assessment of specific project areas.

Trailhead points show approximate locations only. For more information on length and surface material, seasonal and use restrictions, trail closures and hazards, required permits and fees, hours and directions, refer to the appropriate website (see public lands web links). This site's data are updated every six months. If you have suggestions or information, email David Boyd.
