Virginia State Parks to host merchandise trade show March 4-5

(RICHMOND) - A merchandise trade show for wholesale gift and souvenir buyers will be held at the Wytheville Meeting Center, March 4 and 5. Sponsored by Virginia State Parks, the show connects wholesale vendors with buyers from parks, attractions, gift shops, wineries and other retail shop managers from across the region.

         Show hours will be March 4, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and March 5, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Admission is free, but buyers must pre-register or register at the door. More than 100 buyers have already registered for this popular annual event.

         Business owners and managers with gift sales can meet with 60 vendors representing about 120 product lines as varied as apparel and souvenirs to custom products, jewelry, collectables and much more.

         Several educational sessions will also be offered during the trade show.

         The Wytheville Meeting Center in Wytheville, Va., is near Interstate 77 and Interstate 81, adjacent to the Wytheville Community College.
