Umbrella-leaf (Diphylleia cymosa), American false hellebore (Veratrum viride), lettuce saxifrage (Micranthes micranthidifolia), and other forbs in a steep, narrow seepage on the eastern slope of Whitetop Mountain in the Balsam Mountains, Grayson County.  Mount Rogers National Recreation Area, George Washington & Jefferson National Forests.
