An old yellow buckeye (Aesculus flava) and wood nettles (Laportea canadensis) in a high-elevation rich cove forest on the eastern slope of Whitetop Mountain, Balsam Mountains, Grayson County.  Mount Rogers National Recreation Area, George Washington & Jefferson National Forests.
