Coastal Plain Depression Swamp (Willow Oak - Red Maple - Sweetgum Type) – CEGL006110
Willow oaks (Quercus phellos) and scattered clones of velvet sedge (Carex vestita) in a saturated depression in flatwoods at Huntley Meadows Park, in southeastern Fairfax County.  Stands here occupy a complex of sinuous swales and depressions through flatwoods, and constitute one of the largest occurrences of this community type in the state.
